SMSF Establishment & Administration
All sections of the form must be completed accurately. Any omissions, corrections, or changes to the application may result in delays and/or additional fees. Your SMSF specialist adviser can assist you with this process or complete it on your behalf.
Once the application form is complete, you will be prompted to confirm your submission and make payment for the establishment of your new SMSF.
